If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any Herbalife® product purchased from this Site, you may return it within 30 days from receipt for a full refund or product exchange.
Return Conditions & Restocking Fees
- Condition of Items: The 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies to all products, even if the containers are opened, partially empty, or fully empty. We want you to try the products completely risk-free.
- Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.
- Return Shipping Costs: If you are not satisfied with the product and wish to return it, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

- Package and Ship: Securely package the item(s) and ship them using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item without a tracking number.
- Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a full credit (excluding return shipping costs) will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3 to 5 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@mylevelupnutrition.com.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange a product for a different flavor or a different item, or if the item you received is defective or damaged, please send us an email at support@mylevelupnutrition.com. We will arrange the exchange at no additional shipping cost to you.
