  • Order Cutoff Time: 8am - 5pm (Eastern Standard Time New York)

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 4 to 7 business days

Order Processing Time All orders placed through our store are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note: Because we utilize Herbalife's official distribution centers across the United States to fulfill your orders promptly, your items may ship via FedEx, UPS, or USPS depending on your location and the distribution center.

  • Standard Shipping: 3 to 5 business days (Price calculated at checkout)

Domestic Shipping Only Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico). For international orders, please contact us directly so we can guide you to the appropriate regional Herbalife store.

P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses We can ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses, however, please note that some delivery restrictions may apply depending on the carrier.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
