Active Ingredients: Calcium (as Calcium Carbonate), Exclusive Blend: Hops Extract (Flower), Cinnamon (Bark), Passionflower Extract (Aerial Parts), Valerian Extract (Root), Orange (Peel), Amla Extract (Fruit), and Lavender (Flower), Melatonin.

Other Ingredients: Stearic Acid, Maltodextrin, Sodium Carboxymethylcellulose, Silicon Dioxide, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Hydroxypropyl Cellulose, Magnesium Stearate, Dextrin, Dextrose, Soy Lecithin, and Sodium Citrate. CONTAINS SOY.

Instructions

For adults, take one or two tablets 30 minutes before going to sleep. Do not exceed suggested serving.
