Instructions

Consume pre-workout to top off energy systems, or during exercise to fuel and get the most out of your workouts.

The number of scoops and volume of liquid depends on exercise intensity and duration, ambient temperature, and fueling strategy. Mix 1 scoop in water or liquid of your choice. Below are general usage guidelines that will provide adequate electrolytes and fueling for intense activity:

  • For less than 1 hour: 1 scoop (13 g carbs; 50 calories) in12 fl oz
  • For 1 - 2 hours: 2 - 4 scoops (26-52 g carbs; 100-200 calories) in 16 – 24 fl oz
  • More than 2 hours: 4 - 5 scoops (52-65 g carbs, 200-250 calories) in 16 – 24 fl oz
